For years, my professional life has been shaped by building businesses, leading teams, teaching students, and creating programs to help people perform under real pressure.
That work is not changing. It is becoming more focused.
I am investing more of my time and energy into Dreamchaser Leadership because I believe leaders need practical support now more than ever. Many business owners and organizations are facing uncertainty, rapid change, team challenges, and the constant pressure to make decisions that matter. They do not need more empty advice. They need tools, perspective, and guidance that work in the real world.
That is why Dreamchaser Leadership exists.
Our mission is to help business owners, leaders, and organizations solve real challenges through experiential leadership development, strategic coaching, facilitator training, and immersive learning experiences. We believe people learn best by doing, reflecting, adapting, and applying lessons in meaningful ways.
My career has never followed a traditional path. I have built and led companies, taught at the university level, worked in demanding environments where leadership had immediate consequences, and spent years studying how effective leadership develops under pressure. Those experiences shape every program we offer.
Dreamchaser Leadership is where those experiences now come together in a clearer and more intentional way.
This shift does not mean I am leaving behind the organizations I have built. Alaska Dog Works, Mushing Magazine, and other ventures remain important parts of my life and work. I am proud of what they represent and excited for where they are headed.
What has changed is that I have full confidence in the teams and family members helping lead those organizations into the future. Their leadership allows me to focus more directly on helping others grow through Dreamchaser Leadership.
In the months ahead, I will be dedicating more time to coaching leaders, hosting workshops, training facilitators, leading retreats, and creating conversations that help people lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
